We currently ship within the U.S. and select international locations.

What does made to order mean?
Product is not made until an order is placed. Fulfillment for these pieces is 10-14 business days.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping: 5-7 business days

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Do you offer local pickup?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unworn and unwashed. With. the exclusion of all flea. orders.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days as long as the item is in original condition and your size is available.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Contact us at info@thelakestate.com with your order number, and we’ll get you set up.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Email us with photos, and we’ll make it right.

How do I care for my hoodie to make it last?
Wash it how you want. Our clothes are made to last. Most garments are pre-shrunk but hang dry to prevent any shrinkage.

Do you have limited-edition drops?
We release exclusive 1-of-1 flea. pieces weekly in our Reverse Bidding model.

How does the Reverse Bidding system work?
The price drops $10 every week until it sells or item reaches $10. First to buy gets it.

Will you restock sold-out items?
Most of our pieces are limited, but we may bring back some of our original pieces at some point.
